My order was for overnight or 2nd day, why does UPS say that it will not be delivered unti X date?

UPS occasionally has a tracking glitch that can cause confusing or incorrect email updates when your package is first scanned. You may receive messages showing a delayed delivery date, or even multiple conflicting updates (for example, one email saying it will arrive tomorrow and another saying it’s delayed until the following week).

These early notifications are often inaccurate. If you selected Next Day or 2nd Day delivery, there’s no need to worry—your package will still arrive within the expected timeframe.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once your shipping label is created.

Shipping labels are typically generated after 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.

Please note that these emails can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox, and mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive future updates.

We are unable to provide a tracking number until your shipping label has been created.

After you make your payment there may be a delay until you get the email that your payment was received and your order status changing from on-hold to processing. We have to go in and manually match the payments up to the orders and switch them over to processing. We do this periodically throughout the day then 1 more time right after our 1pm PST cutoff. 

If you paid through cash app you will also get a reaction on your payment

Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see our emails. 

Invoices are sent manually and are not generated automatically. We process invoice requests multiple times throughout the day.

Please keep in mind that we operate in the Pacific Time Zone, so processing times may vary depending on when your order was placed relative to our business hours.

Cash App may sometimes display an aggressive warning message when sending payments to us. We believe this is part of their fraud prevention system to make sure users are aware of who they are sending money to.

Unfortunately, their system can occasionally mislabel legitimate businesses, which may cause confusion for new customers. While we appreciate their efforts to protect consumers, these warnings do not mean we are a scam. You can safely click the “Send Anyway” button.

UPS does not count weekends in standard transit times.

  • If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air order on Thursday, your package will be delivered on Monday.
  • If you place a UPS Next Day Air order on Friday, your package will also be delivered on Monday.

If you need delivery on Saturday, you must select the UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery option at checkout. This is a premium service with a higher cost, but it ensures your package arrives on Saturday.

Local Pickup (Southern California)
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Southern California area, available 7 days a week by appointment.

To schedule a pickup:

  1. Place your order on our website and select Local Pickup as your shipping option.
  2. Choose your preferred payment method, including Cash on Delivery if applicable.
  3. Contact us via Discord (DM) or email to arrange a pickup time.

Availability:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evenings (after 5:00 PM): By appointment only
  • Saturday & Sunday: By appointment only (times may vary)
